A Reminder of the Annual General Meeting

Date & Time Sept 26th, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.

The meeting will be held via teleconference and/or zoom. There will be no in person attendance due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Attending by telephone or zoom– Please let us know if you will be attending the meeting, and please also confirm which email to send the dial in or link information to.
We will circulate the dial in and link information closer to the meeting.

To vote in the election (if applicable) – you may do so by submitting a ballot ahead of the meeting, or by email or through zoom during the meeting. Instructions will follow once nominations close.

Not Attending – you may contact us if you wish us to note your regrets.

You may still vote in the election (if applicable), by submitting a ballot ahead of the meeting. Instructions will follow once nominations close. Please notify the office if you wish to do this and include an email address to which we can send the information and ballot.
