Annual General Meeting and
Important Voting Information

The ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the Association will be held:

At 10:00 a.m., on Saturday December 18, 2021

The meeting will be held via teleconference and/or zoom. There will be no in person attendance due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Attending by telephone or zoom– Please let us know if you will be attending the meeting, and please also confirm which email to send the dial in or link information to.
• We will circulate the dial in and link information closer to the meeting.
• To vote in the election (if applicable) – you may do so by submitting a ballot ahead of the meeting, or by email or through zoom during the meeting. Instructions will follow once nominations close.

Not Attending – you may contact us if you wish us to note your regrets.
• You may still vote in the election (if applicable), by submitting a ballot ahead of the meeting. Instructions will follow once nominations close. Please notify the office if you wish to do this and include an email address to which we can send the information and ballot.

A Call for Nominations to the Board of Directors is attached, the deadline for nominations is 4:00 p.m. on Thursday December 9, 2021. A report from the Nominating Committee (along with any applicable ballots) will be circulated to members prior to the meeting by email; and by fax or by mail to those who request it (please contact us as noted below to request fax or mail).
