Virtual Fitness with Brian on Zoom
If you are a beginner or want to keep up with your fitness this is a great way to do, while we continue to work through COVID 19 and stay safe.
All session will include seated exercises, balance, and some bodyweight exercises. You can use Dumbbells or soup cans if you want for added resistance in some of your exercises. We recommend that you check this with Brian at the beginning of the class on Wednesday. Please have a good sturdy chair for support and the seated exercises and balance.
