The Dragon Boat Training Class is a fitness class designed to target technique, cardio, strength and stretches to improve your Dragon Boating skills.
As this is a fitness class everyone is welcome. It is ideal for all team members whether they are sighted volunteers, coaches, experienced paddlers or even future paddlers.
Please have either a paddle or broom stick to use as a paddle, a sturdy chair, proper footwear and a water bottle ready.
Please ensure that you have a space that is safe for movement. – Paddles Up!
